Surprise upgrade bliss

We had a surprise suite upgrade, which was dope! The living room was perfect for chilling. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast at the restaurant was really good. The only bummer was a slight delay in getting our room, but the complimentary parking was a nice touch.

However, a lack of hotel shuttle service was a slight inconvenience, requiring a short Uber ride. Breakfast could have had more variety. while tasty, it didn't fully meet expectations.
